Randstad is recruiting for experienced material handlers to work in Como, Mississippi. This is a temp to hire opening for candidates with prior experience in the building materials/construction industry. Ideal candidate will be comfortable reading a tape measure and comprehending drawings and work orders. Pay will start at $10.00/per hour and increase with experience.
Job Duties:
- Repairs chips and holes (by hand) on concrete forms
- Prepares materials for production
- Supplies the production department with correct size rings needed for making forms (45-50lbs) max to be lifted by one person
- Helps load products as they prepared to leave the plant
Working hours: 7:00am-3:30pm
Minimum
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year building materials/construction industry experience
- 2 positive work references
- Ability to accurately read tape measure and perform basic math calculations
- Prior experience working with drawings and work orders
